We are looking for a production supervisor for our industry and water segment in Baltimore, MD, who will lead our operations team. This position performs work safely in accordance with established procedures, manages a team of operators, assists with troubleshooting issues, and ensures the proper operation of all equipment.

 

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

 

  • Managing the operation team, including external partners, supervising and guiding day-to-day production activities in line with expectations and according to policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Planning activities, coordinating schedules and facilitate the workflow of the team.
  • Maintaining accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Monitoring process instrumentation performing production planning
  • Ensuring safety, legal, and environmental compliance at all times by, for example, conducting inspections, informing and training staff at the site, and enabling close collaboration across departments. ​
  • Liaising with quality control to ensure products meet quality regulations and standards as well as safety and environment targets. Liaising with maintenance to ensure reliable operations, a safe working environment, compliance with standards, and a clean work area in accordance with policies and procedures.

  • Demonstrated leadership capacity.
  • Experience with MS Office applications, including word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Basic chemistry and lab skills.
  • SAP, PLC/SCADA, experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand P&ID desired
  • Experience with heavy machinery; forklift certification desired
