Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end physical security technology implementation projects, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with security objectives and organizational needs.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring milestones are clearly defined and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the installation, integration, and testing of security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV, alarm systems) in alignment with industry standards and client specifications.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, identifying potential issues, and ensuring timely resolution of risks.
- Document and track project requirements, specifications, changes, and deliverables, ensuring all project documentation is current and accurate.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant physical security standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
