In this strategic role, you will drive and ensure profitability and optimized cash flow with a competitive product portfolio. You will manage the entire lifecycle of Chlorates and Peroxygens products, participate in sourcing strategies, and ensure uninterrupted supply and optimized manufacturing. By optimizing the network globally this position can contribute heavily to the success.</span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span>You can be based at any of our local offices across EMEA.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span> </span></span></span></span></p> <p><b><span><span><span><span>In this role you will be responsible for:</span></span></span></span></b></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><b>Portfolio Management:</b> Proactively manage and own the product portfolio, including specifications, recipe approvals/changes, and PSRA, to ensure a competitive global product lineup. Actively look for opportunities to improve products’ footprint to drive towards Group sustainability targets.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><b>Price Guidance:</b> Responsible for price guidance with a deep understanding of market prices and changes in the customer and competitor landscape. Collaborate closely with commercial teams.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><b>Capacity Allocation: </b>Make capacity allocation decisions to optimize group-level cash flow and guide commercial teams across business units.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><b>Financial Management: </b>Oversee GM and NWC management and drive for continuous improvement</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><b>Strategic Vision:</b> Articulate and drive a clear vision and strategy for the product line, communicate outcomes and roadmaps to stakeholders, and coordinate with management to inspire and align efforts.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><b>Market Analysis:</b> Understand and analyze market prices, predict changes, and communicate insights to optimize product line profitability.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><b>Electricity optimization:</b> Own and drive the electricity optimization in the Bleaching processes</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><b>Decision Making: </b>Participate in make-or-buy decisions, investment, and expansion projects.
