Job Overview

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior C++ Developer to implement and maintain RF algorithms and related systems in C++. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C++11 or later, strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, and a solid understanding of common C++ design patterns and templates. In this role, you will be responsible for translating RF algorithm designs into efficient and high-performance C++ code, maintaining existing implementations, and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Key Responsibilities

 

• C++ Development: Write, optimize, and maintain high-performance C++11 (or later) code for RF-related algorithms and systems.

• Algorithm Design: Develop, enhance, and implement algorithms for RF systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

• Code Maintenance: Read, debug, and maintain existing C++ codebases related to RF algorithms.

• Device Driver Development: Write, optimize, and maintain device drivers, including debugging and enhancing existing codebases to ensure seamless hardware-software integration and performance.

• Design Patterns & Templates: Leverage common C++ design patterns and templates to develop clean, modular, and reusable code.

• Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize algorithms to meet performance and resource requirements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, system architects, and RF engineers to ensure alignment and integration of algorithmic solutions.

• Debugging & Testing: Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in the codebase and contribute to comprehensive unit and integration testing.

• Documentation: Write and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed algorithms and code.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

• C++ Expertise: 7+ years of hands-on experience with C++, with a strong focus on C++11 (or later).

• Object-Oriented Programming: Deep understanding and practical experience in OOP principles.

• Design Patterns: Proficiency in common C++ design patterns for writing clean and maintainable code.

• Templates: Familiarity with C++ templates and their effective use in solving complex problems.

• Algorithm Development: Experience developing and implementing complex algorithms, preferably for RF systems or related domains.

• Code Debugging: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in large, complex C++ codebases.

• Windows Development: Proficiency in C++ development for Windows environments.

• Mathematical Aptitude: Strong foundation in mathematics to understand the requirements and behavior of RF algorithms.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

 

Preferred Skills (Advantageous but not Required)

• Familiarity with RF systems, signal processing, or related technologies.

• Experience with performance profiling tools and techniques.

• Knowledge of multi-threaded programming and concurrency in C++.
