Annual compensation up to $45,000 depending on qualifications; additional incentives available up to $6,000 annually.

As a Full-time Staff Supervisor, you will perform and supervise the delivery of Resident care under the direction of the Program Manager. You will serve as a positive role model for Residents to observe and learn socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors. Also, you will supervise direct care staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues.

The selected candidate will have a High School diploma plus 5 or more years experience in the human service field - at least two of the five years must be in a children's residential facility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 2 or more years full time experience in human service field at least 1 of which is in a children's residential facility.
