CHARGE REGISTERED NURSE - NIGHT SHIFT

The NOC Charge Nurse position leads with a clear purpose of creating a healthy work environment for staff, physicians, and patients; while maintaining a clear focus on care and services. The Charge Nurse aims to incorporate the mission and vision of Coulee Medical Center within the core of their activities. The Charge Nurse functions under the supervision of the nurse managers, and works in collaboration with nursing management in an organized and coordinated manner to ensure that effective nursing services are provided, quality standards are met, staff mix versus individual care management needs are addressed, resources and services are managed efficiently, and that a multidisciplinary team approach to care is utilized. The night Charge RN must be available to assist and back up the ER. One year in nursing supervision or management is required, minimum 5 years expereince as registered nurse to be considered for the position. In addition, need to have been trained in ACLS, PALS or equivalent and certified in NRP and BLS. TNCC required within the first year of employment. This is a full-time night shift position. • $4,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid upon hire)
• $2,000 1-year Retention Bonus
• $2,000 2-year Retention Bonus

 $3.50/hr. night differential/$2.50/hr. weekend differential

Salary Range: The wage scale for this position has been finalized for the facility including 26 steps and the selected candidate will be placed on the wage scale depending on years of experience.
