Your expertise will shape the financial landscape of our projects, ensuring their profitability and long-term sustainability.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide strategic direction and leadership in cost management, working closely with project teams to set and achieve financial objectives.</li><li>Develop and implement effective cost control strategies, optimizing project budgets while maintaining the highest standards of quality.</li><li>Lead a team of talented Cost Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.</li><li>Drive innovative solutions to enhance cost management processes, leveraging technology and industry best practices.</li><li>Establish and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Monitor industry trends and market conditions, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and development.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related subjects</li><li>Proven track record in cost management within the construction industry, with a focus on Data Center projects.</li><li>Extensive experience in leading and managing teams, demonstrating exceptional leadership and people management skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of cost estimation, budget development, and financial analysis.</li><li>Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive results and make informed decisions.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building strong client relationships.</li><li>A visionary mindset, constantly seeking innovation and improvement in cost management practices.</li><li><p>Join our dynamic organization and be at the forefront of revolutionizing the Data Center landscape.
