ES ORACLE Cloud Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES • Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant will provide subject matter expertise and lead clients through the entire cloud application implementation & support lifecycle • Manage Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Payroll Modules • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud HCM functionality • Conduct Functional Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud projects • Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion, and build extensions for them • Document all the business processes in each module • Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups • Create business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud application • Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud projects • Present new features as part of Quarterly Update process • Support clients with the preparation and execution of test scripts • Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis Qualifications • Minimum 15 years of experience in a Functional role for HCM applications • Oracle Cloud HCM experience in Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor is a must. • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration • Experience in at least three or more Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation & Support projects • Prior experience leading HCM implementations/support • Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support • Must be present at client’s location. • Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Certification Preferred.
