Service Associate

Description

Freedom Wealth Advisors, an affiliate of Intrua Financial and Larson Financial Holdings, LLC, located in Brookfield, WI, is seeking an experienced, positive customer service-oriented person to fill the Service Associate position. The Service Associate is responsible for assisting the Firm Partners and Client Service Associates with account set up and maintenance, meeting preparation and projects.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming client phone calls
• Greet clients who arrive in the office for scheduled meetings
• Speak clearly and kindly to all clients, providing outstanding service
• Prepare for meetings by offering clients beverages and snacks
• Clean after client meetings in preparation for next event
• Maintain CRM software to track client data
• Complete client account opening and maintenance tasks as assigned

• Ability to work with local teammates as well as teammates in other states
• Ability to work with multiple financial advisors and multiple projects simultaneously
• Be able deliver accurate results and achieve timely deadlines
• Anticipate client questions or find the correct answer if unknown
• Exercise discretion and empathy for clients
• Must be motivated and goal-oriented

Skills and Experience: 

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of insurance/financial services industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Service oriented attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Exceptional organization and problem solving
