As a consultant you will provide technical and consultative leadership for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements. Delivery of technical architectural design, strategies and plans for engagements, conduct design workshops, define IAM road map, define enterprise integrations for a risk landscape.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provides technical and consultative leadership for IAM solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements.
  • Delivers technical architectural design, strategies and plans for engagements.
  • Technical expert in leading pre-sales meeting or presentations.
  • Implements SecurID solutions at customer sites.
  • Designs, develops, implements and tests associated components.
  • Functions as technical lead.
  • Ability to supervise staff and plan/assign work on project engagements.
  • Leads project quality assurance activities, including technical QA reviews.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Establishes relationships with client technical counterparts.
  • Participates in client meetings related to development efforts.
  • Works in conjunction with RSA PS colleagues to ensure effective resolution of technical issues encountered during implementation.
  • Prepares, maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures.
  • Keeps project managers informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly.
  • Completes end-of-project reports while adhering to margin, planning and SOW requirement.
  • Understands that travel and/or flexible working hours may be required for project implementation depending on customer requirements.

Skills:

  • Excellent customer-facing skills. Strong communication (written and verbal) along with interpersonal skills.“Take-charge”, positive attitude. Quick learner and great team player. Experience in leading technical initiatives and mentoring peers.
  • Clear, in-depth understanding of IAM domain.
  • Strong API Knowledge, Scripting (Python, PowerShell), IAM products and technologies, including LDAP/AD, SAML, SSO, MFA, PKI.
  • Excellent knowledge of information and network security fundamental.
  • Strong working knowledge of SecurID product.
  • A strong desire to learn, grow and become a leader within the technology industry.
  • Good cloud infrastructure knowledge.

Education & Experience:

  • Experience in software consulting or IT services with focus on Identity and Access Management.
  • Hands-on experience in associated technologies including database (preferably Oracle), LDAP, Java, Linux and application servers.
  • Public Sector Experience – consulting and services into the US Federal Government (DoD or Civilian Agencies).
  • Active DoD clearance and/or the ability to obtain additional DoD clearances is strongly preferred.
  • Development experience (Python, PowerShell, Shell) is highly desirable.
  • One or more of the following certificates is a significant plus: RHCE, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, Security+, ITIL.
  • Agile and Waterfall project experience.
