RSA is seeking a Distribution Associate. Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Distribution Associate on our Distribution team in Burlington, Massachusetts.

What you’ll achieve:

Conduct high quality inspection and rework on our RSA product line. Be a positive team player by assisting in our shipping process when needed. Maintain safe work environment by following ISO standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

As a Distribution Associate, you will be responsible for final inspection of manufactured products. Ensures all materials transactions are completed accurately in systems. You will work with the Production and Engineering department and share any and all-important findings from the quality inspection process timely.

You will:

  • Prepares shipments including the packing, labeling, and marking the shipment correctly. Following the documented procedures and any special instructions provided on each order.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments upon request.
  • Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
  • Collaborates and communicates with the Production and Supply Chain teams and others involved in the scheduling of shipments and receipt of inventory.
  • Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
  • Provides additional backup support for the Production and Shipping Departments.
  • Maintains a clean and neat work area.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • Able to work overtime at times of need
  • Fundamental computer skills

Desirable Requirements:

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Proven attention to detail abilities
