ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Technical Requirements Analyst to join our team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan, elicit, capture, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements

• Develop business/use cases associated with new project requests

• Align requirements from multiple customer documents to develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) via Agile tools and methodologies

• Analyze joint needs statements and recommend capability requirements to support solutions to fulfill capability gaps across the programs

• Assist in the implementation, integration, and synchronization of capability requirement throughout the development roadmap

• Assist technical experts in reviewing functional/operational requirements to analyze the feasibility of implementing solution and develop system requirements

• Provide planning support to the Development and Integration Team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or similar field of study),  an associate’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or at least 4 years of relevant work experience is required

• Experience identifying, writing, and managing requirements

• Experience with eliciting requirements using interviews, data analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating requirements into a traceable system design

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Secret security clearance

• An interim secret clearance is required to start

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The
