POSITION: Literacy Specialist Teaching Assistant
REPORTS TO: Literacy Specialist
POSITION TYPE: 10-month
COMPENSATION: $15.02-$18.68 per hour

THE ROLE
When you join the YES Prep team, some of the exciting work and responsibilities will include:
- Working one-on-one with students with significant language learning needs;
- Assisting classroom teacher with the supervision of identified students in instructional settings;
- Assisting classroom teacher with behavior management techniques by demonstrating, modeling, and positively reinforcing desired behaviors;
- Maintaining data as identified by teacher(s) and/or Behavior Intervention Plan;
- Assisting in tailoring lessons to an individual student’s needs;
- Supporting classroom teacher with lesson plans by practicing and reinforcing learning concepts and assisting
