What you will do:
- Lead and inspire a dynamic sales center team to exceed project deadlines, while ensuring utmost customer satisfaction
- Create project schedules to clearly communicate all project deliverables
- Develop a systematic approach to creating working relationships between customers and sales team
- Deliver consistent and comprehensive project quotations using pricing direction offered by the sales team
- Facilitate effective communication with sales team to engage in pricing negotiations
- Utilize business intelligence systems to gather and analyze relevant data for informed decision-making
- Optimize material trucking operations into the warehouse by leveraging the supply chain, branch managers, and upcoming order projects
- Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures
What you will bring:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
- Working knowledge of job tracking and/or commercial sales experience
- Manufacturing product and system technical experience
- Prior leadership experience and industry experience required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with various departments to incorporate multiple perspectives in the decision-making procedure
- Active, current driver's license
- Highly proficient use of MS Project, Project Online, MS Teams, MS Office suite, and other standard productivity tools
