VP, Strategic Partnership Leader

About your role:
At Fiserv, we serve as the strategic partner for financial institutions navigating the dynamic landscape of digital payments. As the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, you will be part of the Card Services business, which serves more than 3000 financial institutions with industry leading debit, credit, network, digital, data and related payment solutions.

You will join the business’s senior leadership team and be focused on managing and expanding strategic network partnerships. Your role will drive impactful initiatives, synergize business strategies, and ensure the alignment of mutual goals and objectives to deliver unmatched value to our customers and stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Drive the strategic vision and execution of payment partnership initiatives to foster growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business objectives and leverage opportunities within the partnership.
• Lead negotiations and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Track and measure the performance of strategic initiatives and implement improvements for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with partner executives and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities arising from key partnerships.
• Regularly communicate progress and strategic alignment to senior leadership.

Experience you'll need to have:

• 12+ years of experience in strategic partnership management.
• 12+ years of experience in payments or financial services industry.
• 12+ years of experience in leading negotiations with global partners.
• 12+ years of experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• 12+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

• Deep understanding of card and network products and services.
• Experience with global financial technology integrations.
• Strong background in business development and market expansion.
• Proven track record of managing high-value partnerships.

Salary Range

$178,500.00 - $300,800.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
