Target Start Date: June 2nd, 2025

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly

Job Summary 
The PatientPoint Accounting & Finance team is in an exciting season of building and growing its team. We are actively looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our already engaged and committed team. What You’ll Do

• Prepare month-end journal entries
• Prepare month-end account reconciliations
• Support month-end financial reporting preparation
• Conduct thorough financial analysis of company performance and month-end financial results. Compare variances between actual and budgeted results.
• Assist in developing revenue and expense forecasts through trend analysis and discussions with senior management
• Assist in annual budget preparation
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis as required by senior management

What We Need

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

Desired Qualifications

• Experience: proven success in a Finance, Accounting, or relevant Internship.
• Experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite Accounting Software, and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
