Target Start Date: June 2nd, 2025
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly
Job Summary
The PatientPoint Accounting & Finance team is in an exciting season of building and growing its team. What You’ll Do
- Prepare month-end journal entries
- Prepare month-end account reconciliations
- Support month-end financial reporting preparation
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of company performance and month-end financial results. Compare variances between actual and budgeted results.
- Assist in developing revenue and expense forecasts through trend analysis and discussions with senior management
- Assist in annual budget preparation
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis as required by senior management
What We Need
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience: proven success in a Finance, Accounting, or relevant Internship.
- Experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite Accounting Software, and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
