You will aid in the employee life cycle in the Company from payroll and HR perspective. You are open and curious, interested in providing the best-in-class experience to any customer.</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span><b>Your Role</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span>comprehensive preparation and maintenance of HR documentation of employees, contractors and foreigners, in particular: documents related to the establishment, course and termination of the employment relationship ( work certificates), registration and deregistration for/from social insurance and health insurance</span></li><li><span>entering, changing and controlling data in the HR and payroll systems; preparation of payroll list</span></li><li><span>settlement of holiday absences, sickness, maternity</span></li><li><span>preparing statements of remuneration and employments</span></li><li><span>answering employees' queries in terms of Labor Law and Payroll legislation, internal procedures</span></li><li><span>maintaining personal files</span></li><li><span>contact with external institutions (US, ZUS, GUS)</span></li><li><span>conducting training for new employees</span></li><li><span>preparing reports and evaluations, presentations for internal purposes</span></li><li><span>continuous work on process improvements and digitalization/ automation</span></li><li><span>daily support of team members with expert knowledge in the field of HR and payroll</span></li><li><span>responsibility and implementation of projects in the area of HR and payroll</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span><b>Your Background</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span>Minimum of 3 years of experience in an independent position Payroll &amp; HR Operations Specialist/Senior in an international and cross-functional environment (calculating remuneration, HR and payroll services for employees based in Poland)</span></li><li><span>Very good  knowledge in the areas of: Polish labor law, social security,  tax.</span></li><li><span>Very good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel)</span></li><li><span>Very good knowledge of English</span></li><li><span>Experience with ADP and Workday would be an advantage</span></li><li><span>Independence, responsibility, accuracy, punctuality, systematic, good work organization,</span></li><li><span>Ability to work effectively under time pressure</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Nice to have</b></p><ul><li><span>Experience in Power BI, PowerQuery, VBA, “HR Project Management”, will be big plus</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span><span><b>Why join us?</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span>You can grow at Aptiv.
