Our head office is located in Portugal in the heart of Lisbon (Avenida da Liberdade) and we work mainly for the European market.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for Project Manager to work on-site in Brussels/Belgium office for European Union project.<br/> <br/>  </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Project management.</li><li>Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies.</li><li>Usage of project management tools.</li><li>Good technical knowledge on the projects aspects.</li><li>Knowledge on relational databases.</li><li>Good reporting methods.</li><li>Rapid self-starting capability.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user information systems.</li><li>Experience in Agile.</li><li>Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.</li><li>Strong capacity to give high-level presentations.</li><li>Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.</li><li>Experience on service management.</li><li>Delegation and decision-making skills.</li><li>Negotiation capability.</li><li>Ability to adapt to unplanned changes or decisions.</li><li>Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.</li><li>Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.</li><li>Good knowledge of information systems matters.</li><li>Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes.</li><li>Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).</li><li>Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.</li><li>Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile).</li></ul><p><br/> <strong>Specific expertise:</strong><br/>  at least 3 years of specific expertise in Project Management Standards and methodologies (min. competence level: 4)<br/>  at least 2 years of specific expertise in relational databases (min. competence level: 3)<br/> <br/> <strong>Certifications are not mandatory, but would be an advantage:</strong><br/> <br/>  Project Management Professional (PMP)<br/>  PRINCE2 Foundation<br/>  Certified in PM2</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>If you are looking for a fast-paced multinational company and have a desire to be part of the exciting state-of-the-art projects across Europe, send us your application in English.</p><p>We’re looking forward to hearing from you!</p>
