<p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You manage and implement global and regional supply chain projects in collaboration with EME plants</li>
<li>You drive improvements in material planning, inventory management, and KPIs across all EME locations</li>
<li>You support EME plants and suppliers during the introduction of new products with your supply chain expertise</li>
<li>You lead supply chain-related supplier development initiatives to improve performance and reliability</li>
<li>You identify supply chain risks and take actions to ensure a stable and resilient supply and contribute to transportation optimization efforts in alignment with broader SCM strategies</li>

<p><strong>Your Experience and Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in international supply chain or logistics, ideally in consulting, logistics planning, or manufacturing engineering</li>
<li>University degree required, preferably in business, economics, or engineering</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills, with experience working across functions, sites, and cultures</li>
<li>Proficient in written and spoken German and English, international experience and availability to travel 20–60% depending on project requirements is a plus</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; experience with SAP MM modules and/or supply planning tools is an advantage<br/><br/></li>
