Description:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist experienced in offshore/ 
onshore to support our 2025 growth plans by supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding, and 
change management initiatives. This dedicated HR partner will play a key role in executing our 
talent acquisition strategy, fostering strong employee relationships, and managing HR operations 
to ensure a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR 
background, experience with SAP SuccessFactors, and a proven track record in implementing 
HR changes. 


Duties and Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 


 Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team to understand staffing needs. 
 Utilize SuccessFactors and other ATS tools to maintain recruitment pipelines and track 
candidate progress. 
Onboarding & Employee Integration 
 Lead comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new hires. 
 Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure smooth transitions for new 
employees. 
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all pre-employment and onboarding 
activities are completed. 


 

HR Operations & Relationship Management 


 Serve as the dedicated HR partner for offshore support teams, facilities/ workshop 
population acting as the primary point of contact for employee queries. 
 Build strong relationships with employees and managers to support engagement and 
retention initiatives. 
 Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation with accuracy and 
confidentiality. 


 Change Management & HR Projects 


 Support the implementation of HR changes and new policies, ensuring employee 
engagement and alignment with company goals. 
 Work closely with leadership on organizational development initiatives to support growth 
and scalability. 
 Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR best practices and employee relations. 
HR System Management (SuccessFactors) 
 Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to manage HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, 
performance management, and reporting. 
 Ensure HR data integrity and provide regular HR reports to leadership. 
 Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR system and recommend 
enhancements. 


Basic Qualifications:


 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role, preferably with offshore 
teams. 
 SHRM- CP/PHR certified a plus. 
 Experience in SAP SuccessFactors required. 
 Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes. 
 Proven experience in implementing HR changes and managing change management
