As the HR Business Partner in New Ventures you will play a key role as the HR resource for all mergers and acquisitions from pre- to post-acquisition.  Leveraging strong HR business partner experience, you will be responsible for successfully managing all HR related due diligence matters, post-acquisition New Ventures support, and potential integration. Post-acquisition, you will provide a broad spectrum of strategic HR support and guidance to ensure the success of these businesses and enable the 1+1=3 SCJNV strategy.

1+1=3 is the power of SCJ and our New Venture companies to accelerate value creation, where the sum is greater that the individual parts.  You will work with SCJ HR, New Venture liaisons, and New Venture companies to support HR efforts including, and not limited to, compensation benchmarks, call/ exit plans, executive recruitment, retention plans, RIFs, and job description review.
