Project Support Officer – Summer Trainee

Our CNS Services & Care team – is a part of CNS Cloud and Network Services department. We create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. The primary role of the Project Support Officer is to apply effective control to support successful project delivery. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to learn about the procedures and processes in our organization in order to deliver projects on time and on budget. You will learn many tools and actively support the manager in daily duties. If you want to start a career path that will lead you to a project manager or resource manager in the feature, this is a great opportunity.

As part of our team, you will be:

• Supporting all the processes related with resource forecast plan, resource allocation to the projects, time reporting process by demand creation, demand acceptance and setup cost approver in MyERM system
• Creating purchase orders for subco from LAT and NAM market in the correct systems
• Recharging subco cost based on the reports for the system
• Supporting procedures related with ISMS 27001 review the Evidence Guidance and the evidence updated and providing a Compliance Rating for the Assessment

You should have: 

• Active student status (for at least one year)
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Ready to work full-time during the summer time 
• Leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills,
• MS Office and Sharepoint experience,
• Ability to work well as part of the Team and as an individual,
• Ability to quickly adjust to changes and learn new tools/skills,
• Ability to solve problems
