What can you expect? 

 
Project leadership: 
You will oversee facility projects from start to finish, identifying challenges and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. Your decisions will directly contribute to the success of activities spanning multiple departments. 

 

Operational excellence: 

By supporting initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and control costs, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing operations. You will also contribute to growth and commercialization projects for cell therapy treatments, backed by insightful analyses and progress reports shared with stakeholders. 

 
Strategic execution: 

Collaborating with experts, project managers, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Your work will include refining project management methodologies, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. 

 
Stakeholder collaboration: 
You will build strong connections with internal teams, such as Engineering and Quality Assurance, as well as external partners at both local and global levels. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll skillfully balance immediate priorities with long-term goals to deliver impactful results. 

 

Who are we looking for? 

Education: You’ve earned a Master’s degree in a field that fits well with the role, e.g.business management, facility, ... 

Experience: You bring at least 8 years of experience in project management within facility or another related field. You also have hands-on experience in operations or manufacturing, with a focus on leading cross-functional projects. 

 Languages: You’re fluent in English and communicate clearly, openly, and positively. Knowledge of Dutch is a nice bonus.

• Your problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset help you tackle challenges effectively.
