- Team Leadership: Lead a team of Project Managers, Program Managers, and business professionals, fostering cross-functional collaboration for regional growth.
- Profitability Focus: Meet project profitability objectives through scope management, communication with customers, and change orders when needed.
- Market Strategy: Collaborate on market pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Relationship Building: Strengthen relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and expand service offerings.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: B.S. in Engineering or related field. PE license or MBA a plus.
- Experience: 9+ years in Project Management, with 4+ years of leadership experience.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of automation, instrumentation, process controls, and related technologies.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regionally up to 20%
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
