Job Description:

Grand Villa is currently seeking a Community Relations Coordinator with nursing and rehab experience to join our team in Deland and Ormond Beach, Florida. The Community Relations Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the local community, healthcare providers, and potential residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Grand Villa's nursing and rehab services to the local community

- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other referral sources

- Conduct tours of the facility for potential residents and their families

- Coordinate and participate in community events and outreach programs

- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for new residents

- Maintain accurate records of all community relations activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred) 

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in nursing and rehab services

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
