Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Summer 2026 Intern Industrial Engineer. In this role, you will support various site-level and individual manufacturing area-level initiatives that may involve translating raw data into automated charts/presentations. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of data analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, and Tableau. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

-Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or relevant degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired skills

- Local candidates highly preferred
- Interest working in ordnance
- Data analysis and project experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
- Ability to navigate small-to-medium projects to completion over 1-3 month period
- Familiar with Tableau

Ability to work remotely

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
