Legal Consultant - Technology / Commercial contract / Financial Regulatory / Financial Services

<p>We are currently seeking junior&nbsp;Legal Consultant with Technology/ Commercial contract / Banking/ Regulatory&nbsp;experience to join our bench and provide support to our global financial service client:</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide legal advice and support across our client’s business</li> <li>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents</li> <li>Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations</li> <li>Provide legal support on product development and marketing initiatives</li> <li>Assist on regulatory matters</li> <li>Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies when required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Legal qualification with 2-3 years PQE from Banking/ Corporate/ M&amp;A/ Technology / Regulatory from reputable law firms or financial institutions</li> <li>Open to both law firms and in-house</li> <li>Strong drafting skills required</li> <li>Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation, Benefits &amp; Working Location:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
