<h2><b>My responsibilities:</b></h2> <ul> <li>Actively manage daily operational tasks based on SLA and KPI requirements. </li> <li>Ensure high-quality service to increase customer satisfaction. </li> <li>Optimize the division of daily workloads. </li> <li>Develop and motivate your team. </li> <li>Participate in the selection and training of new colleagues. </li> <li>Improve team performance and quality of work. </li> <li>Analyse complex issues and coordinate with external partners. </li> <li>Handle escalations effectively. </li> <li>Collaborate with HR and other relevant departments. </li> </ul> <h2><b>The knowledge I own:</b></h2> <ul> <li>Willingness to work primarily during afternoon and evening hours to accommodate Australia/US office schedules. </li> <li>several years of experience at IT Service Desk  </li> <li>min. 2 years of experience as a Team Leader  </li> <li>professional knowledge of IT basics (software, hardware, network) </li> <li>excellent English language skills </li> <li>familiar with the ITIL methodology (Foundation or/and Service Operation certificate is an advantage) </li> <li>excellent communication skills </li> <li>self-starter, proactive and analytical mindset </li> <li>flexible regarding the new tasks and change management </li> <li>being able to work in shifts and on bank holidays </li> </ul> <h2><b>The offer that would convince me:</b></h2> <p>If you are passionate about IT, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are eager to lead and develop a talented team, we would love to hear from you.
