THE JOB 

As a Lounge Server at Park MGM, you’ll be the face of exceptional hospitality, delivering WOW-worthy experiences with your friendly demeanor and top-notch service. By attentively understanding and anticipating guests' unique preferences, you’ll create moments of joy and delight that make every visit unforgettable and leave a lasting impression long after they’ve left the lounge.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.0487 hourly plus tips

THE DAY TO DAY 

• Expedite guests' drink orders and provide beverage and bus service

• Rotate between BetMGM Sportsbook, Juniper, Mama Rabbit and other lounges within Park MGM

• Completing opening side duties such as folding and stacking cocktail napkins, stocking swizzle sticks, straws, matches, and lining cocktail trays. 

• Ensuring glassware is stocked and supply cabinets are replenished, while also inspecting and rectifying any cleanliness or condition issues in assigned stations and service areas. 

• Having knowledge of liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor, as well as designated glassware and garnishes for each drink. 

• Communicating orders accurately to the Bartender and verifying transmission. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• 6 months of previous cocktail or food server experience

• In-depth knowledge of various liquors, spirits, wines, and cocktails, with the ability to recommend and serve beverages that enhance the guest experience.

• Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.
