Welcome to Bosch.</strong></p><p>The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>You are responsible for the development of a complex MEMS structure as a key part of an optical unit.</li><li>In this role you plan and coordinate all tasks necessary for the development of the MEMS structure. In particular you lead the engineering teams for MEMS design, MEMS process technology, MEMS layout, and MEMS wafer level testing.</li><li>Also you actively communicate with the project stakeholders, internal and external partners and management.</li><li>Last but not least, you define goals and scope for sub-projects (e.g. MEMS design, MEMS technology, MEMS testing).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in physics, micro systems, electrical engineering or a comparable subject</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>teamplayer with proactive and solution oriented mindset; passion for customer satisfaction; capability to adjust to changing boundary conditions</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>experience in MEMS development projects, preferably including industrialization; experience in team leading with strong decision making capabilities</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>very good presentation skills in English and German written and spoken</li></ul><p>Application deadline up to and including 13th February 2023.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
