Compensation & Benefits Senior Specialist

Your Impact: 

In our mission to open up new rich worlds at the intersection of Marketing and Commerce, and boldly lead our people to go where no one has gone before, we are seeking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in our growing People Operations department. In this role, you will be responsible to support the HR functions and implement the Compensation & Benefits strategy by working to offer high-level service to employees across the TDG companies. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinates work flow and workload of Payroll Services.  
• Provides guidance on payroll processing issues to other staff. 
• Provides standard and ad hoc reports/queries for management and audit purposes.  
• Plans, develops and implements payroll strategies and solutions including process reviews to assess and to address payroll services throughout the region through discussions with internal and external parties.  

• Evaluates, develops and benchmarks compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. 
• Designs and implements company policies and procedures. 
• Ensures all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation. 
• Participates in various HR projects related to company strategy. 
• Evaluates and reports on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs. 

 

  

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Has 3-4 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Professional or similar role
• Is Hands-on in experience with HRIS or payroll software.
• Has knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.

• Has excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems. 
• Has excellent numerical skills. 
• Is familiar with labor legislation. 
• Has experience with employee satisfaction surveys. 
• Holds a BSc in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field. 

 

*Master in Human Recourses will be considered as a plus.
