What You Will Do:

• Video & Multimedia Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit professional videos—including short clips and live event coverage—with narration, graphics, and closed captioning, ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.

• Photography & Graphic Design: Deliver studio and candid photography, create digital and print graphics, and support social media content, publications, and event programs.

• VTC & Collaboration Support: Facilitate secure/non-secure video teleconferencing (VTC), Zoom, Teams, and Flank Speed sessions, including setup, troubleshooting, and Level I maintenance.

• On-Site Media Services: Provide daily visual information and media support at NSA Mechanicsburg, Philadelphia, and Norfolk, including ad hoc requests and special event coordination.

• Transcription & Captioning: Use tools to transcribe audio from recordings and web conferences, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for multimedia products.

• Event & Facility Support: Assist with special events, including PA announcements and room setup/normalization, and maintain readiness for urgent or off-hours assignments

What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 0-1 years of work experience supporting graphics, video production, and other multi-media

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience supporting the US military
• Active Secret Clearance

The annual salary range for this position is $59,000.00-$98,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
