Vacancy detail

Task requirements   1. Support SO1 Conditions of Service in the implementation of welfare project recommendations.
2. Support the review and development of welfare policy to improve welfare delivery within the Army.
3. Act as the Army POC for the development and introduction of the Defence Case Management System (MIS) and ensure it meets Army requirements.
4. Support the development of training to improve welfare awareness within the CoC.
5. Conduct enduring stakeholder engagement to refine and optimise the welfare delivery model.
6.  Prepare oral and written briefs up to 2* on Welfare policy issues.
7.  Provide the lead for discrete Project tasks lines as required. Essential competencies   Staff experience Desirable competencies   Pers experience.
