Responsibilities and Impact:
You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and build your network by working on a global scale across the People Team.
- Collaborate with People Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders to support HR initiatives and operational priorities.
- Assist operations and project teams in implementing process and operational changes, such as updating documentation, coordinating stakeholder input, and supporting communications.
- Analyze and interpret HR data, providing fact-based summaries of findings and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain trackers, reports, and presentations to support project execution and decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance employee experience, increase efficiency, and ensure consistency across regions.
- Gain exposure to HR operations, stakeholder management, and global collaboration.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $20 to $30.
This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated learning agility, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Drive to achieve personal and team objectives.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint) is a plus.
