This role is a key part of Nortal’s continued investment in <strong>data and analytics competence</strong>, helping us deliver robust, scalable BI solutions that drive meaningful insights for our clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>As part of our cross-functional teams, you’ll collaborate with <strong>data engineers, cloud specialists, solution architects, and business stakeholders</strong>, ensuring solutions are aligned with both technical best practices and business goals. Our work culture emphasizes <strong>continuous learning, flexibility</strong>, and a genuine passion for solving complex challenges through innovation.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.</li> <li>Utilize advanced knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service to create robust BI solutions.</li> <li>Apply strong data modeling concepts to ensure data integrity and efficiency.</li> <li>Solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions to data-related challenges. </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.</li> <li>Strong understanding of data modeling concepts.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Previous experience in working in an international or global environment.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business users.</li> <li>Experience in the manufacturing domain, specifically in shop floor digitalization is a big plus.</li> <li>Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate and Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate are highly desirable.</li> <li>Strong Finnish language skills with strong English skills (C1)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Nortal? </strong></p> <ul> <li>We care about your growth &amp; development.
