We are looking for an amazing Senior Analyst, Deployment Planning to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. The Senior Analyst, Deployment Planning will be responsible for the strategic development of our award-winning itineraries; recommending fleet deployments based on analysis of net contribution models, consumer trends, competitive activity, strategic marketing goals, decarbonization goals, and technical requirements. The Senior Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally across departments to drive the launch of Princess cruise programs. This position, through quantitative and qualitative analysis, will influence the future direction of the brand while working closely with teams throughout the company, including Marine Operations, Shore Excursions, Port Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Guest Experience, other brands within the Corporation, and our International Offices.

- The Senior Analyst, Deployment Planning plays a critical role in the strategic development of Princess Cruises' award-winning itineraries. This position is responsible for recommending fleet deployments based on comprehensive analysis of net contribution models, consumer trends, competitive activity, strategic marketing goals, decarbonization goals, and technical requirements. The Senior Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marine Operations, Shore Excursions, Port Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Guest Experience, other brands within the Corporation, and International Offices. Through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, this role will significantly influence the future direction of the Princess Cruises brand, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 3-5 years travel industry experience in revenue management, finance, and/or itinerary planning preferred
- Cruise industry experience preferred
- Advanced analytical experience preferred
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Advanced user of Microsoft Power Point and Word
- Project management experience
- Proficiency with visualization software including Tableau or Power BI, etc pre
