Director, AI Implementation  

ABM’s Products, Partnerships, and Innovation team plays a critical role in shaping the future state and strategic direction of the organization. Reporting to the Head of Products, Partnerships, and Innovation, the Director of AI Implementation is responsible for formulating and enabling our AI strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams. This role will focus on leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and create value for clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and how they can be applied to drive business outcomes, proven leadership capabilities, and experience in scaling AI solutions within an enterprise context. 

Location: This role is based in Atlanta, GA, Houston, TX, or New York, NY. We require time in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 

 

Pay: $175,000 - $210,000 

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You will also be eligible to participate in a company incentive or bonus program.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.  

• Proven business and technology acumen and the ability to bridge between business goals and technological feasibility. 

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in development and execution of technology strategies within a corporate or consulting environment. Minimum 2 years of experience related to AI-work. 

• Proven ability to lead AI initiatives from concept to deployment, including managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

• Experience with cloud platforms, AI frameworks, and data engineering pipelines as well as experience managing change management, training development, and implementation.  

• Experience with managing cross-functional teams and committees.
