What you'll do...

Position summary: As the Senior Director of Data Analytics and Business Services, you will lead the delivery of core data and patient engagement services which support Walmart’s Health & Wellness teams. You will directly manage leaders to drive the activation of our data for business performance and to support our customers in their journey toward better health. This is an on-site position based in Bentonville Arkansas and reports to the Group Director of Data Science.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the design and implementation a federated data and analytics service model which supports health and wellness businesses through reporting analyst training and certification, data quality governance, tools, automation, and infrastructure requirements, and a centralized team of data analysts for high priority work.

• Oversee customer communication services which support health and wellness businesses through SMS and other messaging channels, tools, automation, and infrastructure requirements.

• Select and manage technology and telecommunication vendors in partnership with product and engineering teams.

• Build, maintain, and manage roadmaps which improve the holistic customer experience across H&W and retail to drive everyday low-cost for the business.

• Drive service delivery excellence with appropriate KPIs and transparency in resourcing, prioritization, and results.

• Manage solution development to support and enable appropriate business cases.

• Act as an internal and external spokesperson for initiatives.

• Manage and develop top-tier talent, including recruitment, engagement, and well-being.

What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years in technology and service operations leadership, with a robust network across industry stakeholders

• 5+ years in retail, healthcare, and/or health-related environment

• Superb communication and relationship skills, including the ability to work with and present to C-level executives and board members; proven ability to influence strategic decision-making.

• Experience working with technology platform providers in data and analytics, customer relationship management, and communications as a service.

• Experience with relevant data standards, terminologies and vocabularies used in retail and/or healthcare data.

• Demonstrated ability to manage full-time and contract teammates, both in-person and remote

• Strong record of shipping product and meeting commitments with significant impact, on time and on budget

• Experience directing budgets, and resources to achieve maximum value.

• Strong track record of delivering large, cross functional projects.
