Accounts Payable Clerk, CCS

Overview:   The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage day-to-day vendor payment operations and support the ComplexCare Solutions (CCS) team’s efforts toward automation and efficiency. This role is vendor-facing, requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate payments and help streamline AP processes in NetSuite.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time in NetSuite;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, payment status, and issue resolution;
• Assist with vendor onboarding, including W-9 collection and payment terms setup;
• Support the 1099 process and ensure vendor records are complete and compliant;
• Help identify and implement automation opportunities within the AP workflow;
• Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end close;
• Maintain organized documentation for audit readiness and internal controls;
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure proper coding and approvals;
• Monitor aging reports and assist with cash flow planning related to payables;
• Support the monthly and year-end close process, financial audit review processes and maintenance of proper internal controls;

• Other accounting responsibilities as requested and/or determined;
• Maintain compliance with CCS’s policies, procedures and mission statement;
• Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within CCS’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;
• Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by CCS for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company; and

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payableor a similar finance role.
• Experience with NetSuiteor another ERP system is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with vendors.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Interest in process improvement and automationis a plus.
• Prior experience in healthcare or service-based industriesis helpful but not required.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);
• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force ;
• Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
• Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
• Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  At ComplexCare Solutions, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Base Compensation Range$43,100—$64,700 USD
