This role can be based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco.

The Jobs Trust team at LinkedIn helps ensure that our global Jobs Marketplace is a safe place for anyone looking for their next job. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead global efforts working with teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, legal, public relations, and other product leaders to build Trust into job seeking and hiring products. You will be working on in-app safety features for job seekers, developing technical solutions to improve trust and verifications of employers of all sizes, and ideating on new methods to detect and prevent risky behaviors within the Jobs Marketplace. This will be a collaborative and high visibility role that will be involved in a wide array of technical and non-technical projects at any one time.
Responsibilities:
- Set product goals & targets and own the roadmap for how we improve Trust in the Jobs Marketplace
- Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design of new features and enhancements
- Partner closely with design and user research to refine the customer experience
- Identify risks and partner with engineering to build in-app product solutions and work closely with AI teams to build new models
- Clearly communicate and evangelize Trust benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
- Contribute toward a team culture focused on high- velocity decision making, deep care, and learning
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS degree in a technology-related field
- Strong understanding of recent trends around Trust and data products
- Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
- Ability to clearly articulate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and strategic skills

The pay range for this role is $141,000 to $230,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
