They make the difference between well functioning and catastrophic care. Unfortunately the sector has a very bad history of second-rate digital products to date. This is your chance to change that.<br/><br/>As a Senior Product Manager at Tandem, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how healthcare technology evolves. Working side by side with our founders, you’ll help define the product vision and chart the path from where we are today to where we need to go. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, guiding the team on how we get there, and shaping the products that will underpin the future of healthcare.</p><p>In this role, you’ll bring the experience of having worked in high-performance product organizations, ideally having seen the journey from startup to scale-up. You’ll know how to balance vision with execution, and how to keep both detail and big picture in mind at the same time.</p><p>To succeed, you’ll need enough technical fluency to collaborate freely with our engineers. In your striving to facilitate cutting edge product development you're experimenting with the latest tools, which currently has led you to use vibe coding. Most importantly, you’ll be driven by the opportunity to shape products that have real impact on how healthcare works across Europe.</p><p>This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape not just our products, but also the culture of how we build. If you’re excited by the chance to define and deliver the next generation of healthcare products, we’d love to meet you.<br/></p><h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2><ul><li><p><strong>Define and drive the product vision</strong> in collaboration with the founders, creating a clear path from today’s reality to the long-term vision.</p></li><li><p><strong>Translate vision into execution</strong>, working closely with Product and Engineering to guide decision-making, prioritization, and delivery.</p></li><li><p><strong>Shape products that power healthcare</strong> - from core workflows to systems that set new standards in safety, efficiency, and usability.</p></li><li><p><strong>Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints</strong>, ensuring we’re solving the right problems in the right way.</p></li><li><p><strong>Foster a culture of rapid iteration</strong>, embracing short feedback loops, experiments, and continuous learning.</p></li><li><p><strong>Act as a bridge between disciplines</strong>, making sure engineers, designers, and stakeholders are aligned and working towards a common outcome.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2><ul><li><p>A proven track record of working in high-performance product organizations, ideally having experienced the journey from startup to scale-up.</p></li><li><p>Deep experience leading product development end-to-end, from strategy through execution.</p></li><li><p>Enough technical fluency to earn the respect of engineers and effectively collaborate on complex systems.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.</p></li><li><p>A bias toward clarity, action, and momentum, you move things forward even in the face of ambiguity.</p></li><li><p>Curiosity and a builder’s mindset, whether experimenting with new tools, methods like vibe coding, or simply diving deep to understand how things really work.</p></li><li><p>A genuine excitement for shaping products that have a direct, lasting impact on healthcare across Europe.<br/></p></li></ul><h2>Bonus Points</h2><ul><li><p>Strong design skills (preferably in Figma).</p></li><li><p>Actual software engineering skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience in healthcare.</p></li><li><p>Worked with Linear.<br/></p></li></ul><h2>Location</h2><p>We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together.
