As part of our team, you’ll work in a dynamic and multicultural environment that embraces open communication, collaboration and teamwork.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you’re ready to take responsibility and shape the future of telco infrastructure with us, then let’s level up in your career and reach the top – together.</p> <h2><b>Your Contribution</b></h2> <p><b>Reports to</b>: Head of Energy Management</p> <p><b>Role Purpose</b>: To drive the implementation of energy programs across all Vantage Towers markets.  </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Project leadership for specific projects throughout the project lifecycle, accountable for quality and on-time/in-budget execution and outcome delivery</li> <li>Define the program structure, set objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements quantified with metrics</li> <li>Project team leadership, including coordinating, leading, and supporting internal and external project teams in an agile setup</li> <li>Senior content expertise in energy projects and energy management, including power supply connections and energy billing management</li> <li>Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance across all projects</li> <li>Create, communicate, and manage budgets for projects</li> <li>Develop and share best practice insights with the local TowerCos for energy programs</li> </ul> <h2><b>What makes you stand out</b></h2> <ul> <li>University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field</li> <li>At least 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in energy management, telecommunications, property management, or the infrastructure sector</li> <li>Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least C1 level).
