This role is ideal for a professional with a deep understanding of telecom networks, data engineering best practices, and OSS domains who can drive innovation and mentor others within a complex and evolving environment.</p><p></p><p><br/><br/></p><p><strong>As a part of your job, you will:</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>Lead the design and development of advanced data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage of OSS data (alarms, KPIs, inventory, service quality, etc.).</li> <li>Define and evolve the data architecture strategy for real-time and batch analytics in OSS domains, including service assurance, fault management, and performance analytics.</li> <li>Act as a technical authority and mentor for junior engineers, guiding them on best practices, data modeling, and optimization strategies.</li> <li>Collaborate with network engineering, solution architects, and operations teams to identify business-critical use cases and translate them into robust data solutions.</li> <li>Ensure data governance, security, and quality standards are met across all systems and data flows.</li> <li>Design and support visualization solutions and dashboards for operational and executive-level insights.</li> <li>Partner with AI/ML teams to enable real-time and batch data streams to feed ML models or train them.</li> <li>Serve as a bridge between technical execution and strategic planning, engaging with stakeholders across engineering, IT, and operations.</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in data engineering, ideally within telecom or OSS-related domains.</li> <li>Expert in SQL, Python, and data processing frameworks like Apache Spark, Kafka, or Flink.</li> <li>Deep understanding of telecom network architecture and OSS systems (e.g., fault/performance management, inventory, NMS).</li> <li>Proficient with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP) and big data ecosystems.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in architecting and delivering complex data solutions at scale.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Personal traits</strong></p><ul> <li>Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients;</li> <li>Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;</li> <li>Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;</li> <li>Willingness to collaborate with other players;</li> <li>Strong communication skills.<br/></li> </ul><p></p><p></p><p><span dir="ltr">At Celfocus, we are committed to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace.
