Position Description: 

 

Manages key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for Cloud Onboarding Migrations from on-premises to Cloud. Creates test plans for projects and writes system requirements and JIRA stories that can be developed and testedManages large scale technical programs and projects with multiple streams of delivering, resolves challenges, and mitigates risks. Conducts cross-functional collaboration in an Agile, client centric, and fast paced environment. Works with a full stack technical infrastructure and maps dependencies and integrations. Plans, initiates, and manages information technology (IT) projects. Facilitates Agile Adoption Retrospective and other Agile ceremonies with leadership, and guides teams with outcomes resulting in enhanced performance. Leads multiple squad initiatives aimed at growing the business and scaling technology. 

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

 

  • Leads Agile team of cross functional squad members, providing leadership, framing the elicitation, and understanding business strategy, value, and capability needs.  

  • Leads data-driven decision-making, optimizing business processes, and driving operational efficiency.  

  • Aligns business objectives with technology solutions and stakeholder management. 

  • Leads cross-functional teams to achieve corporate goals. 

  • Identifies application and system issues, enhancements, and requests by researching platform specifications, conferring with subject matter authorities, and evaluating procedures and processes. 

  • Builds project plans and roadmaps for the squad, while eliminating obstacles and mitigating risks. 

  • Engages with internal and external partners and vendors to support and facilitate dependencies and integrations across platforms and applications. 

  • Conducts business acceptance and validation testing and leads the team through multiple stages of the release cycle. 

  • Builds relationships with cross-functional teams, squads, vendors, and leadership teams. 

  • Evaluates procedures and processes and provides solutions. 

  • Conducts business acceptance and validation testing. 

  • Manages scope, timeline, quality, and deliverables that support business goals.  

  • Guides the work of technical staff. 

  • Plans project stages and assesses business implications for each stage. 

  • Monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. 

  • Participates in architecture, technical design, and product implementation discussions. 

 

Education and Experience: 

 

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience as a Director, Product Management (or a related occupation) designing, implementing, and project managing Information Technology (IT) solutions and implementations within a financial services, operations, and product development environment. 

 

Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience as a Director, Product Management (or a related occupation) designing, implementing, and project managing Information Technology (IT) solutions and implementations within a f
