That's where you come in!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Pre-sales consultant with 10+ years of CRM Pre-sales experience (preferably Salesforce and Dynamics CRM), including 5+ years in Salesforce CRM platform. </p><ul><li>Leading the technical pre-sales activities and providing industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills</li><li>Consultative mindset to look at the big picture by identifying the clients pain areas/business problems, come out with multiple solution options and propose the optimal solution to the client</li><li>Ability to go beyond the stated requirements and think out-of-the-box to present new ideas that deliver tangible business benefit to the client</li><li>Ability to do required research on client/industry/competition/technology/domain and craft a customized proposal and a differentiated storyline - keeping the client requirements, competition and organizations core strengths in mind</li><li>Experience in requirement scoping, functional analysis, technology solution design, effort and cost estimation, proposal preparation</li><li>Client presentations and cross-functional collaboration</li></ul><p><br/> <strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support sales opportunities with technical analysis and requirement scoping </li><li>Assist customer, prospect and sales representative to build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI </li><li>Provide answers to techno-functional questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP) </li><li>Analyse functional requirements, map with technical deliverables, develop a questionnaire to elicit clarity and quality in requirements </li><li>Create techno-functional proposals - conceptual and detailed, with a strong sense of business acumen </li><li>Develop and authorize technical business solutions, product presentations, and demonstrations </li><li>Support at external and internal customer facing events as a technical representative</li><li>Actively participate in internal business/sales team meetings and provide consultative support </li><li>Assist with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts</li><li>Manage hand-over to the services functions (post-sales support and professional services) for project implementation </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>At least 5+ years of strong experience in providing pre-sales support in the Salesforce CRM platform </li><li>Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, Chatter, Salesforce1, and the Salesforce ecosystem </li><li>Affinity to both technology and business with fluency in Danish/Swedish and English communication (written/verbal) is essential </li><li>Strong ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer of a technical solution</li><li>Must be able to translate technical and business requirements into cost-efficient solutions </li><li>Excellent presentation and demonstration skills</li><li>Having Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant certification is an added advantage</li><li>Project Management Knowledge </li><li>Agile (Scrum) project methodologies apart from the waterfall model</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><a href="https://www.nagarro.com/hubfs/NagarroWebsiteRedesign-Aug2020/Assets/Docs/Applicant%20Privacy%20Notice-EN.pdf">Click here to access the application privacy notice</a></p>
