Job Description

Purpose

Lead the IT & Digital Transformation to drive modernization, simplification and efficiencies in our technology landscape, focusing on improved value and customer experience.  Areas mainly include Commercial, Production & Supply, Finance, Procurement.

Based on CP Strategy, NA and MX priorities, and IT landscape, partner with NA and MX Business EODB Lead and NA and MX function leads (Supply, Commercial , IT and FI) to articulate the execution of EODB technical roadmap throughout the End to End EODB framework including the migration to S/4 HANA for MX and NA.

• Establish appropriate level of autonomy (individually and/ or through a dedicated capacity) to enable the EODB agenda in NA and MX.
• Drive solutions with regional and global IT & Digital teams along with NA and MX business that enable same capabilities needed today.  Lead and Coach EODB technical team to deliver customer value driven solutions.
• Ensure all non-SAP satellite systems are documented and have a business aligned solution to continue to work with S4\Hana
• Collaborate with NA and MX EODB Lead and Business Units, functions and project teams to identify and support implementation of opportunities to deliver modern and agile solutions.
• Facilitate and contribute to design, build, and support implementation of customer centric solutions to resolve customer issues, build on current good practice and deliver valued customer experience
• Drive discussions with all business functional units and countries develop and deliver against an aligned plan and decisions:  US, Canada, Mexico, Crop Protection, Seedcare, Professional Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 to 12 years related experience.
• Understanding and experience on Customer Service and Customer Experience
• Deep knowledge of IT & Digital solutions across Syngenta as well as in the industry
• Strong experience on ERP migration at global level
• Pro-active team player / knowledge sharer / open and transparent
• Strong influencing skills and effective communicator
• Strong Customer Focus attitude
• Innovative thinking to bring new solutions to existing problems
• Ability to develop a strong network across the organization, ability to influence and motivate people
• Ability to develop and lead a change agenda
