Event Team Lead

As an Event Team Lead in the El Paso area, you’ll play a vital role in driving our mission forward. You will lead a team of event crew members, ensuring the smooth execution of events that raise awareness and generate support for meaningful causes. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Supervision: Lead a team of event crew members, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout each event.
• Event Planning & Execution: Oversee the setup, breakdown, and overall execution of charity event spaces, ensuring all materials are properly arranged and utilized.
• Promotional Activities: Support and guide your team in promoting our charity’s community-based initiatives, engaging event attendees, and fostering interest in our cause.
• Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during events, adapting to changing circumstances to ensure a seamless experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create an organized, welcoming event environment while meeting the goals of the event.
• Logistics Coordination: Ensure the timely arrival and departure of event materials and personnel, managing all logistical aspects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a leadership role, particularly in events or customer-facing environments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage event logistics and quickly adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of people in a positive and professional manner.
• Physical ability to lead event setup and breakdown, stand for extended periods, and lift/carry event materials as needed.
