As a Production Planning Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Production scheduling to maintain high customer service levels.
• Inventory management driving efficiency in 3M’s cashflow
• Cross functional collaboration with sales, marketing and production
• Driving accuracy and efficiency in our planning processes

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Three (3) years of production planning and / or warehouse management in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Five (5) years of demand, supply or production planning experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Skills include strong communication, ERP acumen, creative thinking, analytical, process focused.

Work location:

• Tilton, NH

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
