You will define, manage & own the strategy, development and lifecycle of our suite of fleet products. 

DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

• You are responsible for managing the strategy/roadmap & development of our fleet tools in alignment with business (own & cross-functional departments), data science and engineering  
• You manage our engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions while maintaining a balance between innovation and iteration
• You keep track of the business impact of your products
• You know your KPIs and metrics and apply them to structure, identify areas for optimization, and also prioritize your backlog 
• You challenge business requirements & propose new requirements based on your gained business understanding, technical insights & user feedback 

Qualifications

COME AS YOU ARE:

• Your technical expertise is based on a university degree in an applicable field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, business economics)
• Experience working as a product manager or owner in an Agile/Scrum environment and being familiar with agile software development methodologies & tools (Jira & Confluence)
• You are capable of challenging both Business & Data Scientists / Engineers
• Drive & willingness to fill the given trust & ownership including the capability to handle the dynamic surrounding that comes along such responsibility
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset to drive decision-making and measure product performance
