Job Description
We’re looking for an Executive Briefing Senior Consultant to join Procore’s growing Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and results of our executive briefings.
As an Executive Briefing Senior Consultant, you’ll collaborate with account teams and leaders across the entire organization to develop briefing agendas and experiences built for customers and prospective customer Executives. You’ll partner directly with Sales and Customer Success and other teams from the business to facilitate in-person engagement between Procore leadership and top accounts that maximizes relationship building and pipeline acceleration. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who has the knowledge of how to help account teams build the best experience for their account and can learn and grow their knowledge of Procore technology and the trends that affect the construction industry.
This role will report to the Manager, Executive Briefings and has the opportunity to work remotely in the US or be based out of any of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with account teams and leaders across the entire organization to develop customized briefing agendas and experiences built for customer and prospective customers in our Austin, TX or Santa Barbara, CA briefing centers
- Develop partnerships with senior management, product marketing, and other departments to develop new sessions to expand the program offerings
- Educate, market and evangelize the briefing program internally quarterly with account teams
- Host on-site, virtual, and hybrid briefings as needed: set up & open briefing, ensure account teams are set up for success to lead the briefings, support timekeeping and other needs in the room
- Build strategic relationships with our key accounts and target executives
- Capture key Voice of the Customer insights and feedback to find commonalities and share back with leadership
- Assess program quality and performance regularly. Use feedback from internal/external briefing participants to implement improvements
- Report back the success of each briefing by capturing and sharing the key insights, summarizing overall sentiment and sharing follow up actions with the account and executive teams
- Develop quarterly OKRs in line with overall marketing goals. Track metrics weekly and report on marketing contributions to pipeline and acceleration. Analyze performance and make adjustments to plans
- Up to 40% domestic travel to Executive Briefings - these programs are primarily held in Austin, TX or Santa Barbara, CA. Potential for International travel as well
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing or relevant roles
- 5+ years of experience supporting executive briefing centers
- 2+ years in a SaaS company
- Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders
- Ability to communicate effectively via presentation, written, and spoken channels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and highly collaborative nature, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects, business partners, sales, customer support, product and leadership teams
- Analytic, pragmatic, and action-oriented, with a proven track record of being a creative, strategic, problem solver
- Ability to leverage data and insights in the development of and to continually optimize marketing plans
- Excellent communicator and coalition builder; knows how to build organizational support and credibility across multiple functions within the company
- Experience using a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce, and proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, Briefing Source or other briefing platform experience preferred
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $72,280-$99,385. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
